The Operation Wellness Shield 1776 Fitness Challenge is a call to move with purpose and stand behind those who have dedicated their lives to protecting others.
Participants will complete 1,776 reps through a series of workouts designed specifically for the challenge. These workouts can be modified to match your personal fitness level or training routine, making the challenge accessible whether you're just getting started or already pushing your limits.
